Description

To offer additional support including infrastructure support to the Manager of the Food Center, Assistant Manager, Production Supervisor, and the Lead Hands.

To ensure maximum operational excellence is achieved through daily supportive measures for the Food Production Center Facility including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly support.


  • Completion of daily invoicing.
  • Completion of daily Receiving Logs.
  • Administrative work such as Ordering, Merchandise Report and Payroll entries.
  • Ensures that daily tracking sheets are completed and submitted.
  • Verifying that the operational list is correct and up to date daily.
  • Ensuring that the common staff areas are kept tidy and safe. This includes monitoring the staff coffee and tea beverage areas.
  • Completion of corporate memos as required by the Food Center Manager.
  • Completion of all HR paperwork is completed in a timely manner for processing.
  • Daily Sick Calls and documentation to be completed.
  • The Employee Injury Report has been completed and submitted as required.
  • Print and complete all thirdparty PO's as required.
  • Ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly Preventative Maintenance Schedule is completed and updated.
  • Data entry to include Daily Sales Tracking and Production Reporting.
  • Labeling verification, printing and ordering as required on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all schedules for Production are updated and posted weekly.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Completing Manual Charge list for drop shipments.
  • Updating Block and Delete requests as per Category's when needed.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relative experience
  • Communication skills
- demonstrates leadership

  • MS Office and Computer knowledge is required

PHYSICAL EFFORT/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to work in Cold environment. Must be able to lift minimum of 20 lbs. to a max of 40 lbs.

For example:

training support staff on computer systems, development of new label design with legal requirements for food service, accounting procedures to identify cost of goods and other financial data not readily available on statements.

Results of innovation typically affect an aspect of the food service business throughout Canada.

Would be beneficial to find better methods of productions to increase efficiency.
