This specific role sits within our Global Client Onboarding Team within Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS), Institutional Client Group (ICG).

About the Role


This role will work with regional strategic delivery business office managers and senior onboarding leadership globally to build and drive compelling, dynamic, informative content through a variety of leadership communication channels, including written and video messages, talking points, and town hall preparations.


This role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, strategic communications for TTS Global Onboarding both internally and with key partner stakeholders.

You will elevate and communicate our key priorities and objectives and develop and execute messaging that aligns with broader company objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Exemplifies Citi's core values and Leadership standards. Executes to the highest ethical standards against the Global Onboarding strategy and initiatives
  • Support internal and external communications strategy implementation and tactical execution to enhance and drive awareness of key Onboarding priorities
  • Draft clear, differentiated, and impactful messaging that engages internal team and key stakeholders
  • Support leadership and strategic delivery in driving consistent messaging that is clear, conversational, and engaging, coupled with the right tone and information
  • Develop creative communications tactics to break through and resonate with internal colleagues and external partners/audiences
  • Provide ongoing insights into data and analytics of messaging and activities, and suggest improvements where needed
  • Build credible and trusting relationships with corporate, business, technology, and operations partners.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or another related field required. MBA is a plus.

  • Knowledge of communications, journalism, or marketing and six years of increased responsibility for business management, preferably with a large and complex organization
  • Critical and analytical thinker. Takes initiative to offer solutions and solve problems.
  • Works independently with little to no supervision and operates with transparency.
  • Flexibility in consistently changing environment and the ability to prioritize quickly and manage to deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communications (written, editing, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives and cross functional teams.
  • Light graphic design and web content management skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to identify synergies between business initiatives and the corporate strategy to drive message clarity and understanding
  • Adept at building and managing relationships with senior executives and internal stakeholders, navigating competing interests and providing opposing viewpoints productively
  • Integrity, maturity, dependability, detail orientation, and a positive professional attitude
