We currently have an immediate opportunity to join our team of professionals in the role of
Construction Labourer.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete all work as assigned for homes from the foundation phase to finish, including warranty.
  • Completing deficiencies during construction, including but not limited to trim work, painting, drywall and framing.
  • Manage materials on site to reduce waste and damage, including loading, unloading and organizing material.
  • Ensure overall appearance and livability of our communities is maintained while under construction.
  • Ensures all work is being done in a safe manner and enforce safety standards and laws within position's scope of authority. Ensures homes are as clean and aesthetically appealing as possible while under construction.
  • Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
  • Clearing debris and waste from the job site daily as required.
  • Preparing worksites and materials.

Qualifications:


  • Relevant construction experience
  • Good knowledge and clear understanding of construction methods
  • Intensely focused on delivering a quality product, takes pride in building a zerodefect home
  • Time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, both oral and written
  • Hands on construction skill including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring & siding.
  • Valid driver's license with clean abstract
