The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for
someone who is friendly, experienced in dental, familiar with Microsoft word, and Tracker. Someone who has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable with collections, phone calls, and discussing treatment with patients
Taking new patient phone calls.
Checking in/out patients.
Presenting basic restorative estimates.
Managing accounts receivable when applicable
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
