Management TraineeAre you a new graduate or someone looking to make a career change? We are looking for someone with an outgoing, positive attitude for an exciting Management Trainee roleThey are recognized by their customers as the "distributor of choice" in the construction market.

This is a fantastic development program for someone who wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment while developing their sales and leadership skills.

The successful candidate may be required to relocate within the Maritime provinces to complete the training, however relocation assistance will be provided.

This position will teach you every aspect of the business, including warehouse and operations, sales and account management, and how to be an effective leader The role offers mentorship and on the job training, growth potential and above all, advancement opportunities within the business.

After the training phases have been completed, you will be ready to take on becoming a Branch ManagerIf you have a University Degree or College Diploma, and have an interest in industrial sales, then this may be the role for you This is a Full Time-Permanent role, where you will be provided with a base salary, bonus structure, benefits program and RRSP matching.

Additionally, if successful, you will receive great training and support with opportunity for advancement within the company.
