Pay rate:
$14.15 Per Hour

Hours:
Monday - Friday 3:30pm-12am

What You'll Do
The Parking Lot Patroller will conduct random patrols throughout client properties. You will observe and report security issues inconsistent to the safety and well-being of our tenants and visitors. You will also provide first line response to emergency situations and carry.
out the policies and procedures of client management. If you're a responsible individual with a knack for enhancing security procedures and strengthening client rapport.

Deliver exceptional customer service experience, especially in difficult situations.
Remain calm and professional even when dealing with challenging customers.
Issue fee parking notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking policy and procedure.
Utilize paybyphone and electronic validation systems to ensure vehicles in lots are authorized.
Answer all pertinent questions related to the parking facility while on site.
Follow up with management on any potential customer service issues.
Assist customers with proper use of pay stations
Perform minor maintenance as needed.
Assist customer with issues related to mobile phones and pay by phone app.

What We Want from You:

At least 18 years of age
Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
General maintenance/custodial experience
Comfortable with devices running both Android and Apple Operating Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy working in a high energy, challenging environment.
Valid Driver's license & Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Able to walk, stand for up to 8 hours.
Able to bend, crouch, reach
Able to use stairs when required
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
