    Description

    Position Title:
    Senior Construction Manager

    Salary Range:
    $160,000 - $180,000 per annum


    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our civil construction projects with capital expenditures ranging from $30 million to $50 million.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management and asset management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and a substantial team.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership:

    Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


    Project
    Management:
    Oversee all aspects of engineering project management, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

    Management:
    Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all civil construction assets.

    Management:

    Supervise and mentor a team of 6-7 direct reports, and oversee a total headcount of 30 employees, including engineers, project managers, and support staff.


    Management:
    Manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting, ensuring all financial targets are met.

    Engagement:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

    Management:
    Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all safety and regulatory requirements are met.

    Assurance:
    Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
    Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.


    Qualifications:
    of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
