The Business Development Consultant plays a critical role to identify new business opportunities to drive Street Sales revenue growth in alignment with Flanagan's business objectives.
Create and implement business development strategies through market research, analyzing industry trends, and identify potential areas for growth.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by conducting due diligence, measuring feasibility, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
Negotiate contracts, and deliver a high level of customer service excellence to drive repeat business and referrals.
Achieve established sales targets and drive revenue growth through the implementation of effective sales strategies.
Foster a collaborative and high performance culture, and support the development of sales team members in the achievement of goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, financial metrics, and sales data to drive effective decision-making.Minimum 8+ years of Sales and business development experience.
Class G Driver's license and use of a personal vehicle for frequent work related travel.
Strong problem solving skills, and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Deep knowledge of sales processes, business development strategies, and market analysis.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and the utilization of CRM tools to drive sales performance.
Ability to adapt and demonstrate resiliency to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Flexible to support working outside of regular business hours.
