- Manage incoming leads in a timely manner within a wider geographical area
- Conducting discussions with potential and existing customers by telephone, to identify and qualify opportunities
- Understand customer issues, gather technical requirements and correlate operational value to customer needs
- Engage potential customers and provide them with a vision of the AWS solution portfolio
- Understand existing and developing cloudrelated technologies
- Meet monthly qualification targets
- Update and manage customer information in
- Provide account management team with detailed call notes to ensure opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined
- Graduate/university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in prospecting or selling IT products ·
- Minimum one year's experience using a CRM/customer relationship management tool.
- Minimum experience of one year using Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual French
