    Job Description

    • Education: Bachelor's degree
    • Experience: 3 to 5 years

    Work Setting:

    • Nursing home or home for the aged

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assigning health care workers to projects and programs
    • Coordinating the delivery of health care services
    • Directing and controlling daily operations
    • Evaluating operational processes
    • Planning and monitoring budgets
    • Establishing policies and procedures
    • Leading and motivating staff
    • Developing evaluation systems
    • Overseeing data analysis and report preparation
    • Coordinating work between different healthcare professionals
    • Consulting with senior management and government officials

    Security and Safety Requirements:

    • Criminal record check
    • Immunization records
    • Tuberculosis test

    Work Conditions and Skills:
