- Responsible for portfolio expansion and maintaining relationships with brokers
- Handle underwriting for new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Evaluate commercial auto, garage, and fleet risks according to underwriting standards
- Level II General Insurance License or commitment to obtain one
- Preferably three to five years of experience in commercial auto underwriting
- Experience in individually rated commercial auto policies
- CIP Designation or working towards it
- Excellent communication skills and ability to nurture broker relationships
- Strong market awareness and knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
