- Monitor the progress of projects and milestones, involving technical leaders when required.
- Participate in the resources' planning of projects.
- In the absence of the centralized planner, take charge of the team assignments
- Follow the anomalies and their resolutions according to the objectives.
- Participate in project meetings as needed, particularly for complex projects and programs.
- Participate in project implementation schedule review meetings.
- Ensure that the processes and procedures in place are followed and respected during the execution of projects.
- Help the team in resolving obstacles on projects.
- Monitor the software and hardware developments of the product.
- Communicate regularly with the software and / or hardware development and software and / or hardware product creation teams.
- Replace the project execution leader when the leader is absent (eg for holidays).
