As our Publisher Operations Executive, you'll play a key role in onboarding and troubleshooting for our publishers, and you'll be responsible for managing our publisher portfolio, including account set up, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Ensure each site has a competitive and comprehensive setup, delivering top-quality service to our clients.
Actively manage client needs and escalate issues when necessary, providing exceptional support and ensuring client satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals, finding new websites to place articles and banners and optimizing their overall performance.

Provide exceptional service to our publishers, following up on accounts and arranging timely payments.

Play a critical role in publishing articles according to our daily plan, ensuring timely publication and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Write technical documentation and provide training to drive understanding of systems and technical subjects, supporting ongoing learning and development
2 years similar work experience
~ Experience working for or with a digital publisher
~ Exposure to technologies such as Prebid, HTML, JavaScript, SQL
~ Previous experience in an account handling or operations role ideally gained in an AdTech business
~ Experience of growing accounts and relationships
~ Excellent analytical skills and an ability to interpret and collate large pools of data
