Our Restaurant Success team is responsible for acquiring those partners, welcoming them into our community and ensuring we are creating long lasting relationships built on value and trust.

Creating a marketplace that meets every consumer's needs requires a breadth of restaurant choice for every occasion.

Working at SkipTheDishes as a Salesforce and Technical Lead you will be responsible for working with business analysts, administrators, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce CRM solution.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement Team team which is focused primarily on supporting the Canadian Market.


What's On Your Plate:


  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solutions
  • Setting vision and standards for the development and integration of Salesforce solutions
  • Recommend effective technology solutions for business challenges
  • Lead technical discussions with key stakeholders
  • Experience raising warning flags about technical or project issues where appropriate
  • Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM

Recipe for Success:


  • Indepth Salesforce experience (4+ years)
  • Experience in a nonmature Salesforce environment
  • Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience
  • Has experience leading initiatives that require business change
  • Well rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement
  • 3+ years of leading technical project teams
  • A desire to take ownership of ambitious projects
  • Great people skills you know how to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
  • Well organised you're able to prioritise and manage multiple workloads in a fast paced industry
  • Razor sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A keen interest in the food industry and the world of restaurants
