Job Description:
Accounts Assistant


Roles and responsibilities:

a. Preparing, Schedule & attend multiple billing meeting for reconciliation of work for month prior.

b. Create PR / Receipt PO

c. Facilitate sign off for billing

d. Accruals

e. Contractor Scorecard

f. Managing multiple Reports

g. Other admin duties (i.e filing, follow up calls) etc.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ontario Place, ON M8V 3Y9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
