Description

Bridge Facility Services Ltd provides temporary and permanent building operators to commercial, retail, and industrial landlords, managers, and owners throughout GVRD, and South Vancouver Island.

We are looking to fill the role of a part-time building operator in Vancouver, BC.

Duties Include:

Daily site visits and inspections for an office building in Vancouver BC.
Attending work orders, and client request.
Mon-Fri |8AM11:00AM (3 Hours Per Day) | Shift flexibility may be required.

Requirements:

Willing to take direction from clients and management.
Common sense, basic mechanical ability, and building operator experience. Basic cleaning and maintenance skills.
Communication skills verbally and written, with tenants, clients, and management.
