Are you a skilled leader ready to take charge? We're seeking a dynamic
Service Manager to lead our team of Service Technicians and ensure top-notch home repairs.

As our
Service Manager, you'll take the reins in managing service repairs for closed homes, overseeing minor drywall, trim, paint, and various repairs listed by homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily site operations, addressing concerns and work orders with staff
  • Manage water leaks, structural defects, and homeowner claims
  • Drive Homeowner Survey initiative and maintain infrastructure readiness
  • Attend and address escalated homeowner concerns onsite
  • Supervise exterior repairs and seasonal tasks to completion
  • Attend warranty meetings, reporting site updates regularly
  • Coordinate with Service team to review events and plan ahead
  • Support and assist Service Technicians as needed
  • Monitor model home maintenance program and repair costs
  • Respond to emergency repairs across multiple sites
  • Manage scheduled appointments and deficiencies to completion
  • Conduct necessary MIR/PDI walkthroughs and execute Exterior Program
  • Perform additional duties as required

You will bring:


  • Completion of High school education level or higher preferred
  • 25 years' experience in residential/ commercial construction industry, or experience in the renovations / repairs business.
  • Ability to lead a team of Service Technicians.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in multiple trades functions such as carpentry, drywall, painting, etc. is a requirement, as is knowledge of various tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable in the use of technology smartphones, tablets or computers to record, review and communicate information related to deficiency lists.
  • Flexible, with the willingness and ability to travel daily to assigned sites and to work at locations across the division.
