Bollore Logistics is looking to add a full time
Inside Sales Coordinator to its growing team in Mississauga, ON We are looking for a dynamic individual to kick start their career in logistics.


Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and prepare reports, presentations, proposals, sales campaigns, and correspondence for sales team.
  • Develop and maintain SME accounts totaling GM 8K or less.
  • If any SME accounts have greater potential beyond max GM 8K that is identified to pass over to the business development manager
  • Prepare account openings for any new clients generated by inside sales and set up in coordination with company policy
  • Plan, organize and coordinate functions and special events for the region's clients and/or management to help drive business growth
  • Solicit lost accounts, regain or increase wallet share from other accounts, where possible, by identifying additional opportunities
  • As the Concerto Superuser, input all sales activities and manage database.
  • Other duties as defined by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications:


  • 23 years of relevant postsecondary education or experience.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver
  • Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations
  • Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
