RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review invoices for the proper authorization.
- Key in a consistent volume of accounts payable invoices each month (typically 8000 bills/month), matching of all source documents, and ensuring appropriate GL distribution.
- Midvolume expense reimbursements and credit card statements.
- Correspondence with branches.
- Completion of other accounting duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in a fastpaced and highvolume collections environment
- Ability to problem solve, multitask, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Excel, Word and MS Outlook
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
