RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review invoices for the proper authorization.
Key in a consistent volume of accounts payable invoices each month (typically 8000 bills/month), matching of all source documents, and ensuring appropriate GL distribution.
Midvolume expense reimbursements and credit card statements.
Correspondence with branches.
Completion of other accounting duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or similar role
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Experience in a fastpaced and highvolume collections environment
Ability to problem solve, multitask, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient with Excel, Word and MS Outlook
Basic accounting knowledge
Strong attention to detail, organization and multitasking skills
Ability to effectively work in a team environment
