***As a key member of our Business Systems department, you will provide business systems expertise and translate business process end user requirements into technical specifications to enhance the Business Systems that are used by the Aftermarket business.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Work with business area representatives to assess potential new business improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement systems solutions for business area needs.
  • Develop expertise in potential business solutions and/or tools for the assigned functional areas.
  • Participate as core team member on business systems projects.
  • May be assigned as project leader for projects with major business systems content.
  • Support day to day end user requests related to core business systems.
  • Liaison with central IT Business Analysts and Developers to translate NFI Parts business requirements into technical systems requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans, and test cases to facilitate Go/No-Go decisions, coordinate testing activities and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve efficiency.
  • Special projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Business Analyst and/or Project Management related programs or a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Three or more years of related experience to duties above
  • Proficient MS office skills, in particular Excel skills
  • Oracle system knowledge and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and work efficiently in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
