If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you We are currently looking for a Marketing Advisor to support our client, a leading Oil and Gas firm.

    In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, working in support of their North York, ON office (hybrid position).

    Pay rate:
    $42.85/hr

    Responsibilities


    • Lead and support the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics and across both B2B and B2C markets.
    • Work with market research and business intelligence teams to understand target consumers' needs, values, preferences, requirements, and trends and apply insights to develop effective campaigns.
    • Plan, build and implement an annual marketing plan including outbound and inbound marketing activities to reach target audiences by demonstrating expertise in various areas such as: content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, social media, email, print, CRM systems etc.
    • Measure marketing campaigns and initiatives via analysis of results and data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help form future marketing strategies.
    • Maintain good working relations and collaborate with different partners (internal clients, creative agency, brand and communications team etc.) for delivery of an effective marketing plan.
    • Work closely with the agency of record to ensure best practices are applied through techniques and tools to develop effective creative and targeted campaigns based on market research, data insights and past campaigns.
    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Minimum college level education in Communications, Marketing or related program. University education is preferred.
    • A minimum of 6 to 10 years' progressive experience in a marketing capacity
    • Experience in designing targeted marketing programs, solutions and/or services.
    • Agency management experience
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Strong collaborative/team skills and experience in working with multiple stakeholders
    • Strong business acumen in order to analyze, distil and make sense of customer data and information to drive conclusions and decisions.

    Preferred:

    • Post-secondary business/marketing education preferred.
    • Additional marketing or digital related education and experience preferred.
    • Knowledge and/or experience in digital platforms, social media and content management preferred.
    • Knowledge of energy industry including energy efficiency measures/technologies/programs.
    • Strong knowledge of Enbridge Gas Inc. energy conservation programs and DSM framework an asset.
    • Additional business/marketing education and experience preferred.
