Social Media Manager


Our Social Media Manager needs to be savvy in social media strategy, content creation, and leveraging data to optimize and build engagement.

You're comfortable quickly picking up a brand's voice, becoming a product pro, and collaborating cross-functionally to manage communities and market products.

Your strategic mindset is matched with creativity, a love of good food, and the ability to create and execute powerful social content.

You're the type to leave things better than you found them; you proactively identify opportunities and challenges and are flexible when managing changing business needs.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate Epicure's social media strategy, content calendar, and community growth plan
  • Plan, implement, and measure campaigns and content that align with specific business plans and objectives
  • Plan, strategize, and create content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, our blog, and other platforms as required (may include copywriting, food photography, video creation/editing)
  • Manage all of Epicure's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Create and curate highquality, engaging content for social media that aligns with our brand voice and values
  • Grow Epicure's social media following and engagement through organic and paid tactics
  • Manage highlyengaged, internal and externalfacing social communities.
  • Track, interpret, and report on social media stats and analytics to Marketing Team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategy
  • Stay uptodate with social media trends and make recommendations for improvements
  • Develop and execute communitydriven content strategy; seek out content from direct sales field and followers, curate and share testimonials, and amplify stories and voices from across our community
  • Collaborate closely and build strategies with Marketing, Creative, Innovation, and Merchandising teams
  • Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders across the business to ideate, gather feedback, and ensure deliverables are completed on time while meeting business expectations
  • Support additional Epicure brand, marketing, and communications initiatives as required

What you have:


  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a social media role
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • You love food, health, wellness, and hanging out on social platforms
  • Ability to create, photograph, and edit photos and videos appropriate for social media
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities
  • Experience developing and maintaining content/editorial calendars and analyzing social metrics
  • Digital and tech literacy; experience working within various social platforms and content creation tools
  • A curious and entrepreneurial mindset; you seek out and identify opportunities, challenges, and consumer trends
  • Proactive and responsive demeanor—think ahead and plan accordingly with mínimal guidance
  • Ability to comfortably contribute to planning and strategy sessions and present your ideas and insights
  • Ability to thrive and stay on the ball when under pressure/managing multiple coinciding projects; this is a fastpaced growth environment
  • Experience in the food/CPG industries and/or direct sales business model considered an asset
