    Description

    Our client is looking for an experienced collections manager to join their team The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' collections experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, and prior experience in insurance industry is an asset.


    Location:
    Remote in BC
    Analyzing collections processes, centralizing, identifying, and implementing improvements
    Collecting on outstanding invoices in accordance with set procedures, standards, and performance metrics
    Establishing and maintaining procedures for monitoring both receivables and payable remittances
    Liaising with the Accounting team on various programs, bordereaux, and other Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable reconciliations
    Collaborating with department managers to oversee the development of workflow systems designed to effectively and efficiently manage Collections Team workload
    5 years+ collections experience in a fast-paced corporate administrative/account role
    ~ Prior insurance industry experience is an asset
    ~ Team player with excellent communication and management skills
