We make granola bars and protein bars for our clients

We wish to hire a Quality Control/ Sanitation Supervisor - Night shift for our Lachine Production Plant

Schedule: 12h shifts

Week 1: 4 days (48h)

Week 2 : 3 days (36h)

This is a night shift position from 7pm to 7 am - you must be available to work nights for this position.

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the QC Manager, our new Supervisor will oversee the work of the QC technician team, the sanitation team, as well as the janitor team.

You must participate in the upholding of the GMPs.

You will evaluate the performance of your employees and establish the objectives
Plan and coordonate the work of all your employees
Keep track of different statistics regarding the quality of our production.
Contribute to continuously improve our cleaning processes

What profile are we looking for?
We are after someone who is passionate, and has a background in quality control or sanitation.

Academic background: Bachelors or DEC in science, pharmaceutical production, food processing, engineering, etc.
Experience: 4 years of experience in a Quality Control role. At least, 6 months to 1 year in a supervision role.
Understand the basics around managing quality in a production plant (HACCP)
Written and spoken French is a musthave.
Functional English is required
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
