Altec Global Inc. is a professional immigration consulting and legal services based in Toronto, Canada. We are looking for a Client Intake Specialist to join our team.


Job Duties:


  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case and background based on the firm's SOP
  • Identify client's needs and describe services that the firm offer
  • Collecting prospect's contact information and their background and record to CRM system
  • Set appointments for potential clients that meet the criteria with the firm's consultants
  • Sending retainer agreements and followup with prospects and address their concern
  • Work with marketing department to collaborate on sales and parnership strategies to increase client intake's rate
  • Perform clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an immigration client intake specialist 12 years
  • Good understanding of client relationship management
  • Wellorganized
  • Good knowledge of immigration programs
  • Language: Fluent in both English AND Mandarin Chinese; French, Cantonese or any other languages or dialects fluency highly appropriated.

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
