Description
The ISS ESG Data Solutions team is developing cutting edge data driven solutions for the responsible investment market based on high-quality Corporate Governance, Cyber Risk and ESG data and analysis.
As part of the overall ESG Products team, the focus of the Data Solutions team is to develop and further enhance market leading data and analytics, including ISS' well-established Governance QualityScore and data, as well as driving innovative data solutions for investors.
- RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Strategize, plan, execute, and communicate changes and enhancements in the Governance QualityScore product.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and actively seek client feedback to ensure alignment of product development and enhancements with client requirements.
- Engage with various internal product stakeholders and communicate product and methodology updates.
- Engage with clients and prospects to facilitate product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide high level product support.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues raised by clients, in collaboration with technology and data teams.
- Ensure comprehensive product documentation, data dictionaries, and howto guides are available and updated for Governance QualityScore.
- Develop underlying content and narrative for social media (infographics) and contribute to thought leadership.
- QUALIFICATIONS_
- Experience of at least 5 years in product management, project management, or business analysis, preferably in the fields of ESG / responsible investment / stewardship. Extended knowledge in corporate governance a strong plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data modelling and analysis. Command of PowerBI or Tableau a plus.
- Excellent data manipulation skills (MS SQL, Excel).
- Capacity to articulate and document business requirements.
- Strong project management/organizational/multitasking skills required.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives.
- Outstanding writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a crossfunctional team.
- Absolute personal and business integrity.
