We are looking for a talented individual for the General Manager Full-Time position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing business operations
Developing and supporting a clear organizational structure for the company
Direct monitoring, control, and help to office managers
Developing KPIs
Consistent analysis of business performance. Corrections of the operational plans to achieve set business goals
Project Management
Establishing effective communication between different departments and team members
Proactive search and suggestions for new business development opportunities
Developing sales strategies and coaching sales and ad managers
Resolving problematic cases, troubleshooting Amazon claims, negative reviews, and refunds
Rational distribution of workload between the team members and setting adequate deadlines
Managing weekly milestone meetings
Daily reporting to the CEO
