JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve reporting tools supporting the Go-ToMarket team to obtain a better understanding of the business results.
  • Democratize BEES data through PowerBI reporting and training for commercial organization.
  • Lead the Go-ToMarket and BEES monthly cycle activities, including monitoring of KPIs and financial results. Drive monthly indepth analysis providing visibility to management of variances from expectations with a focus on improving accuracy. Author clear narratives that describe business strategy and performance
  • Support and champion Routine Management (Performance Reviews, PMO Meetings, Global team updates)
  • Develop and perform scenario modeling and analysis to help drive strategy decisions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 24 years of related Finance or reporting/control experience or equivalent education
  • General knowledge of financial planning and control practices
  • Project management experience
  • Advanced user in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate-Advanced user in PoswerBI
  • SAP Knowledge an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
