Key Responsibilities

  • Handy Work
  • Basic Electrical, Installations, Plumbing, Minor Renovations, Painting, Repairs
  • Driving to each property on call as per required
  • Home Repair servicing
  • Quarterly scheduled maintenance inspections at properties
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be able to move and carry up to 50lbs
  • Drivers License and vehicle
  • Own tools and equipment
