Job Description:


  • Monitor changes in tax status of employees
  • Process and distribute manual checks
  • Process periodend adjustments
  • Manage 3rd party Payroll providers (if applicable)
  • Maintain and administer employee earnings information
  • Maintain and administer applicable deductions
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries
  • Review/monitor data bridge log
  • Follow up with managers/employees on missing documentation
  • Process Employee payroll
  • Calculate and pay applicable payroll taxes
  • Produce and distribute employee annual tax statements
