ABOUT THE ROLE

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop a project management plan.
  • Have knowledge of the project's goals and objectives.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project team members.
  • Review project status.
  • Monitor the budget.
  • Make adjustments as necessary to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Change order take off, pricing
  • Estimating proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • Commercial and Industrial electrical Project Management experience is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of BC Electrical code.
  • Bluebeam and Accubid competent
  • Microsoft Project proficiency.
  • Ability to create, digest and review shop drawings

$100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

  • FSR (Field Safety Representative)? (required)
