We are looking for a Project Specialist, Electric Vehicle Pilots to join Element Fleet Management.

A Day in the Life
Pilot Management - Client Facing- Meeting minutes / task management- Coordination of internal teams to push forward pilots- Primary responsibility for executing and tracking to pilot playbook- Metric tracking and reporting- Issue management / escalation
Non-Pilot Role
- Internal facing
- Provide EV related incentive support
- Responsible for case study development
- Administration of specialize EV products
- Ad hoc analysis and research
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent business experience
- Experience specifically in project management, operations, or customer service desired
- Project management experience (3+ years)
- Strong PC proficiency (including Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and project management software Visio, MS project)
- Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize and close, project management capabilities).
- Identify and ask probing questions, gather data, identify options/solutions to a problem or issue and escalate as needed
- General business knowledge and understanding of corporate organization structures
- Demonstrate proper judgment regarding decision making, selfreliance and problem resolution.
- Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively.
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions and efficiency improvements
- Strong communication skills, both written & oral
- Ability to influence others with diplomacy
- Excellent Customer Service & Relationship skills
