This position will require a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective coordination to ensure the successful realization of our system architecture.
This R&D team is focused on designing the next generation of electro-mechanical solutions to serve prosumers in their residential storage and solar needs.
You will collaboratively bring high quality and innovative designs from concept to the customer.Participate in design and code review to ensure quality, avoid unnecessary complexity, and advocate for clarity.
Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of design guidelines, while driving continuous improvement of software team practices, processes, and methods to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Hands-on software development to ensure that the intended architectural design is translated into a functional reality.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, System Engineering or equivalent.
~5+ years of experience in a similar role spanning multiple software teams.
~10+ years of hands-on embedded software or firmware development experience.
~ Possess a comprehensive understanding of the big picture, encompassing all elements of the communications architecture, certifications, and cybersecurity considerations.
~ Deep knowledge of C/C++ programming in embedded LINUX environment.
~ Pragmatic approach to architecture design of software.

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $106,400-$159,600 for candidates who are B.Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
