Description

Responsibilities include:

Imaging laptops and deploying new hardware for end users
Assisting with boardroom setup for video conferences
Assisting with end user support requests and ensuring that all details are logged and tracked in the corporate ticketing system
Providing a high quality of customer service and timely escalation of end users' trouble tickets
Building and deploying end user hardware and peripherals

Qualifications include:

Post-secondary education (completed or in-progress) in a technology-related program
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10
Strong customer service skills
Excellent documentation skills
Fast learner in a dynamic environment
Understanding or certification of ITIL principles an asset
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users and acquire technical information from end users
Must be comfortable working with a remote team
Must consistently bring energy and focus to work
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Follow instructions with minimum supervision and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and professional team environment
