Are you interested in playing a key role in a team to enable trusted business outcomes and impact in the entrepreneur ecosystem? The senior analyst, client analytics will be measuring, anticipating, and guiding actions through modern client data analytics, business partnership and storytelling.


  • Provide visibility, insights, predictability, and guidance for business activities.

    Translate business goals, initiatives, campaigns into actionable metrics with baseline targets (e.g., engagement, sales, impact, return on investments, etc.). Participate in the ideation of marketing/digital campaigns and tactics.

    Develop, deploy, and manage self-serve analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, APIs, etc.) for business initiatives and channels.

    Generate marketing targeting lists or estimating of volume for multichannel campaign initiatives by joining data from disparate sources.

    Develop applied analytical models, machine intelligence and machine learning solutions for business problems.

    Advise on potential improvements to business practices based on data and insights through storytelling. Analyze for causality using explainable models.

    Proactively compare and become familiar with data, analyses, and metrics to provide sanity checks between reports

  • Engineer reusable common data models and pipelines from disparate sources.

    Ensure data collection, preparation and processing are accurate, devoid of biases, integrated, orchestrated, and executed as planned.

    Develop, define, document and maintain client data schema, dictionary, structure, pipelines and their business uses (e.g., taxonomy, tagging, etc.).

    Develop optimized code, methods, and algorithms to perform the analytics work using the right enterprise technologies.

  • Build and manage relationships with internal clients and partners to provide value and ensure ongoing alignment. Collaborate with data analysts / experts in other teams or external consultants.

  • Understands context quickly and respond rapidly to requests on campaign reporting using data from Google Analytics and CRM.

  • Contribute to building standards and best practices on reporting for the MarCom Client Analytics Practice.

  • Manage activities and tasks from planning to delivery.

    Take ownership of work and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, digital) to ensure well-communicated and timely delivery.

    Actively participate in or lead planning, status, and governance sessions.

  • Lead the growth technical subjects and of the team’s practices.

    Identify and drive opportunities to enhance existing analytics capabilities and practices (people, processes, technologies, and data).

    Empower peers, internal partners and internal clients on the use and interpretation of analytics, measurement tools, hypotheses testing and statistical validation. Evangelize on the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the organization.

    Align with other analytics teams to improve collaboration, efficiency, and growth (e.g., analytics environments, data governance, etc.).

  • The  ideal candidate  should have the ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate effectively, while employing humility and empathy. With outstanding dynamism and autonomy, the candidate will be able to navigate in ambiguous and complex situations/questions using his business acumen, strategic insight, emotional intelligence and understanding of business theories, processes, and concepts.

  • Do you have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or even better, experience in Analytics?

  • Do you have more than 3 years of relevant experience driving analytics initiatives with cross-functional teams?

  • Do you have strong time management and organizational skill that allow you to prioritize and deliver under pressure?

  • Do you have digital marketing platform skills, including common website analytics platforms, widely used ad serving and technology platforms, social listening and analytics platforms, and mobile site and mobile app analytics platforms.

  • Do you have strong analytical and statistical analysis skills (propensity, classification, text mining and sentiment analysis)?

  • Are you familiar with CRM, database queries, programming languages and visualization tools (Microsoft PowerBI, SQL, Python, R and Scala)?

  • Do you consider yourself a good facilitator and presenter due to your strong storytelling skills?

  • Do you have the ability to aggregate, standardize, interpret and model data, and to work independently within a data warehouse or decentralized environment?

  • Are you comfortable using analytic modeling using methods such as hypothesis-based testing, statistics, software-assisted segmentation and linear regression?
