This position is for a Research Coordinator (full-time) who will work under the supervision of a pediatric neurologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of multicenter spinal atrophy (SA) studies.
•Review medical charts, extract and enter data into an online database platform,
•Coordinate multi-site clinical studies,
•Complete all other study-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Education / Experience
•Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health science field,
•A master’s degree in epidemiology is a plus,
•Clinical practice experience – knowledge of neuromuscular disorders and experience with pediatric populations would be an asset,
•Knowledge of and experience working within a clinical trial setting would be an asset,
•Able to work independently and within a team,
•Ability to take initiative, set priorities, manage time, and resolve problems,
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English,
•Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, statistical software knowledge a plus).
