In collaboration with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Fraser Health executive and senior leaders, you would lead:
- •Strategic enterprise technology planning, •The development of a strategic direction, tactical approach and benefits evaluation; •Prepare technology investment cases to foster the goals and key performance indicators for Fraser Health (FH), Ministry of Health (MoH), Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA). •Identifies and consolidates information technology opportunities and requirements for information technology capacity across the health network, leading strategic design, solution implementation and resolution of outstanding issues. •Effective operation and management of enterprise technology services across Fraser Health. •Optimize Human Resource strategies to promote recruitment and retention of talent.
- •Solid understanding of the health care sector and familiarity with electronic health record systems including the standardization of data and processes. •Advanced knowledge of contemporary information management, health and business processes, technologies and application and their application in solving complex health, business and operational problems. •Knowledge of solution architecture processes and the ability to provide leadership in the development of architectures that meet overall business objectives.
We are looking for you to have:
- •Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management •supplemented with more than ten (10) years' experience in a large clinical system environment •five years (5) years' leadership experience including leadership at a senior level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
