    TEMPORARY
    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Checking requisitions
    • Cooking of all types of full menu items
    • Must follow standard recipe and portion control instructions
    • cleaning of all equipment
    • cleaning of kitchen to Provincial Health Standards
    • Responsible for opening and/or closing procedures as per policy
    • Inventory needs
    • Duties as per requested by Manager

    Qualifications

    • Experience in all aspects of cooking, meat cutting, and making desserts
    • Banquet experience an asset
    • Knowledge of health, sanitary and fire regulations
    • Must have food safe
    • Must be dependable, alert and reliable

    Conditions:

    • work flexible shifts, varying hours
    • working holidays, weekends and evenings can be expected
    • full time scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per 2 week pay period during busy times, with less during quiet times.
