Description

Con-Tech General Contractors is looking to add a Project Coordinator to our growing company.

Con-Tech takes pride in promoting a team approach to ensure that our projects are completed safely, on time, on budget and with excellent quality.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Maintenance and organization of electronic project data
Basic project setup in Viewpoint project management system
Preparation of RFI's, Shop Drawing Submittals and other correspondence at direction of project manager
Preparation of subcontract forms and change order requests in Procore software for project manager review
Prepare customer invoices and backup documentation for project manager review
