Lives made better." The Associate Product Manager, Affinity Health and Dental, will have a strong impact in assisting the team on delivering that mission every single day.

Manulife's Affinity Health and Dental plans are distributed by advisors, brokers, sponsors, agents and direct to customers.

Sponsors include professional, alumni and retiree associations, financial institutions, retailers, and other groups or organizations that have a strong affinity with their members or customers.


The Associate Product Manager will assist with the effective maintenance, development and growth of our Health and Dental portfolio and provide product-related support to other areas such as claims and customer service.


Responsibilities:

Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) suppor t**:Answer product inquiries, interpret contracts, support distribution channels, customer service, claims, and other internal team members. Partner with Marketing to support the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and digital properties.

Product Maintenance:Support with the annual review of the Health and Dental plans, assist in finding opportunities for improvement and assist in the execution of product improvements. Help identify the impact of new legislation and compliance guidelines on product, and participate in the implementation of required changes and updates

Business Development support: Partner closely with several areas, including Pricing, Underwriting, Account Management, Legal and Compliance IT to assist with onboarding, product launches and product improvements.

Competitive and Market Intelligence:Utilize competitive intelligence to identify gaps or areas of opportunities for the Health and Dental portfolio.

The Associate Product Manager will report to the Product Director.

They will work in close collaboration with the Product Managers and key team members to help maintain a driven and balanced product shelf that meets the needs of our customers, distribution partners, and shareholders.
