- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in construction or related industries, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction Supervisor/Foreman position within the restoration/emergency (or related) industry, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Familiarity with Xactimate is considered a strong asset.
- Detailed understanding of reconstruction practices for properties that have suffered water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism damages.
- Knowledge of building codes and related regulations, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical codes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation, capable of effectively communicating with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work on-call for after-hours emergency work, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
- Must possess a clean criminal record and a valid driver's license.
- Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
