As a

Marketing Manager at Photonic, you play an important role in advancing our state-of-the-art quantum solutions and supporting our valued partners in this rapidly evolving field. You will be responsible for creating and managing content, including the collateral suite and visuals that effectively communicate the value of our products and technologies. This position requires superb writing and storytelling skills, excellent communication and graphics skills, and a creative approach to marketing. The role is a generalist role, requiring you to roll up your sleeves and jump in on many aspects of marketing.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

Content Creation and Management Develop compelling and informative content, including slides, graphics, web content, and many forms of written collateral, to support business development, key partnerships and investor relations. Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand identity and messaging.

Partner Support Collaborate closely with partners to understand joint marketing needs and develop customized content that resonates with core target audiences. Provide training and resources to partners on how to effectively use and share marketing materials.

Graphics Design Translate complex quantum concepts into visually compelling content. Shape our brand's identity and message through the art of design, creating not only informative but also visually engaging marketing materials.

Branding and Messaging Maintain and enhance the company's branding in the quantum technology space. Ensure messaging aligns with the latest industry trends and the unique value proposition of our quantum solutions


Website Management Oversee Photonic's website to ensure it is in alignment with the company's brand, that it is user-friendly, and up to date. Collaborate internally, and with external partners to implement updates, enhancements, and new features.


Event Support Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences related to quantum technologies. Prepare presentation materials, booth designs, and promotional items.

Public Relations Support Develop and maintain relationships with the company PR firm, and key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the quantum technology space. Create and distribute press releases and other PR materials to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation. Monitor and manage the company's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.


WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM

  • 5+ years marketing experience within the technology industry, plus a degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation and marketing collateral in a technical field. (Bonus if you have exposure to quantum technologies)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including writing and editing
  • High proficiency in graphics design and tools, as well as marketing software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of successful execution of marketing strategies and tactical execution
  • Willingness to learn the basics of quantum technologies, the company's products and services, and the market landscape
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people across the organizations as well as external partners and vendors.
