What You Will Do
Leadership

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a small team of recruiters to ensure effective talent acquisition and development initiatives.
  • Update and refine workflows, processes and standard operating procedures for efficiencies.
Talent Acquisition

  • Lead recruitment efforts across all levels and departments within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make decisions.
Employer Branding

Technology Adoption

  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), AIdriven recruitment tools, and analytics platforms to optimize talent acquisition processes.
Market Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to understand industry trends, competitor practices, and market demands.
Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve talent acquisition and development goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational success.
  • Provide training and orientation on recruitment workflows, processes and standard operating procedures.
Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilize talent analytics and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics, measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives, and make datadriven recommendations.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • CHRL designation (or other HR Certification) in place or in progress.
  • 4+ years of progressive leadership and project management experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, including a minimum of 2 years of people leadership and coaching experience.
  • Experience in developing talent acquisition/sourcing strategies, enhancing processes, and managing programs, with expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
