Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Roll up your sleeves and lead by example, stepping in wherever needed to support the team and mentor team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, creating strong morale and spirit throughout your location.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of a team of specialists, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources for success.
- Prioritize employee development by providing feedback, conducting performance checkins, and setting goals to enhance individual and team performance.
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments, utilizing existing organizational tools and programs while also finding new and creative methods of recognition.
- Generate and monitor regular reports to track key metrics, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset, and present findings to upper management.
- Support the execution of exceptional customer experiences by being handson and ready to jump in alongside the team.
- Drive production and maintain operational efficiency in a fastpaced customer service environment, ensuring every detail of the market operates smoothly.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve the overall team experience, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
- Address and effectively manage complex and sensitive issues, demonstrating strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric mindset.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety practices, creating a secure and healthy work environment for all team members and customers.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
- 4+ years' experience in the automotive or transportation industry with some supervisory skills.
- Problem solving aptitude to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative approaches.
- Proven success to work independently with mínimal supervision while working in a team environment.
- Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Must be detailoriented, ability to provide exceptional customer service and be dependable.
Work Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday
- Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm
- Work environment outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Some indoor work related to general administrative duties.
- Manual dexterity may be required to use desktop computer, cell phone and peripheral.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work outside and be on foot for extended periods of time. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color and depth perception.
- Ability to walk medium to long distances during the workday.
- Overtime as required.
Salary:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour
