Description
Responsibilities:
To service and expand current customer volume and develop new customers at acceptable profit levels and according to customer specifications.
- Proactively identify, analyze and grow new and existing opportunities.
- Achieve sales and profit targets.
- Ensure that stocking and shipment of inventory (raw and finished) satisfies both customer and company
- Work cooperatively with other Taylor Steel departments to ensure that our customer's quality, delivery, and
- Understanding of all costs associated with material, production time and delivery.
- Working knowledge of all production line capabilities and material specifications.
- Pricing strategies consistent with market levels, competitor analysis, costs and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Sales and/or account management experience within the Steel industry.
- University degree (3 or 4 years) or College diploma.
- Exceptional written, verbal skills and computer skills.
- Selfmotivated, passionate, possessing strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's Licence.
