Responsibilities for this position include:
Provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department
Generation and distribution of maintenance, production and other PM's to responsible parties
Updating and maintaining asset and preventive maintenance task information in Praevenio
Tracking PM and work order data
Organizing and coordinating PM activities with maintenance, engineering and production departments
Analyzing downtime data to develop effective preventive maintenance procedures
Gathering information to complete monthly reports for maintenance
Completing monthly KPI's for maintenance and production PM's and WO's
Coordinating contractor work along with unscheduled work
