Insurance Advisor

Here is what a typical day looks like

Support existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services required
Project work to support all Vancouver office locations
Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer changes
Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met

The value you bring

Experience working from a desktop computer and navigating webbased platforms
Experience providing excellent customer service
A desire to learn our systems and processes. If you don't know something, ask
Level 1 license required, Level 2 is an asset

Hours:
Permanent, Full-Time hours/week

Location:
Remote in BC

Salary Range:
$45,000 - $67,000
