    Remco Air - Omega Canada Environmental Technologies

    The role of Customer Service Representative/Parts Advisor involves engaging with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues at the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interacts with customers through various channels to provide product or service support and information.
    • Collects and processes orders for products or services.
    • Coordinates with the purchasing department to ensure customer requirements are met.
    • Addresses customer questions and concerns, escalating complex issues to specialists when necessary.
    • Takes necessary actions to resolve customer problems and ensure satisfaction.
    • Maintains customer accounts and records interactions for future reference.
    • Assists in the Shipping area as needed.
    • Provides support in Admin & Reception services.
    • Assists with Accounts Receivable collection.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Knowledge of Parts and Parts Experience.
    • Strong communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
    • Customer service-oriented and skilled in conflict resolution.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with an aptitude for learning new software.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in both French and English.
