We're looking for independent business consultants to introduce entrepreneurs who could benefit from our comprehensive services. This is great if you're already connected or regularly connecting with entrepreneurs.
People who have excelled in this role have typically been business consultants, accountants, lawyers, seasoned business executives, investment bankers, registered investment advisors, fund managers, business buyers, search fund participants, angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity partners, etc.
Leverage your existing personal and professional network to identify entrepreneurs who want to learn how taking their company public can help them grow their business and maximize value creation.
We'll provide basic training to get you started. As you perform, we'll increase the training and support.
Compensation
We pay five thousand dollars and part of our equity linked fees, generally initially worth between twenty and forty thousand dollars, for each entrepreneur introduced who engages us to take their company public.
All compensation is based on performance. Source a deal and get paid. There is no hourly, weekly or monthly pay for this position.
This position is a great "add-on" if you already have enough income to pay your bills and are looking to earn more.
If you're already working with entrepreneurs due to your full-time or part-time job, this is a great add-on.Qualifications
Excellent reading comprehension.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to think for yourself.
Self-motivated.
At least 10+ years of sales, marketing, business development or C-level skills.
Ideally, you already have 500+ LinkedIn connections.
Ability to financially support yourself since this position pays for specific performance.
