    Description
    Design and program audiovisual control systems using Crestron and Q-SYS platforms.
    Test and debug programmed systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
    Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams.
    Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on AV systems to identify and resolve technical issues.

    Document system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.· Leadership Duties:Mentor and train junior technicians on Crestron and Q-SYS programming, installation techniques, and troubleshooting methods.

    Supervise installation teams, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and within project guidelines.
    Act as a technical resource for complex projects, offering guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV system programming and installation, with expertise in Crestron and Q-SYS technologies.
    Proficiency in Crestron Simpl Windows, Q-SYS Designer, and associated programming languages.
    Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, including audio processing, video conferencing, streaming, and control systems.
    Leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
    Industry certifications such as Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), Q-SYS Level 2 Training, or equivalent are highly desirable.
